1. Return and exchange time
You have 14 days from the date you receive the item to request a return or exchange.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please ensure that the item is in unused condition and that it is in its original packaging and labels.
2. Return and Exchange Process
Please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
Once we have received your return request, we will provide you with the return address and the appropriate return instructions.
Returned items should be sent back to our warehouse in a tracked package, and you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed after confirming that the item has been returned and checked for errors, usually within 14 business days to be credited to your payment account.
If the item has a quality problem or is shipped incorrectly, the return postage will be borne by us.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Discounted or clearance items (unless there is a quality issue).
