Shipping policy
Delivery time:
After confirming the order and completing the payment, we will process and ship it within 5-7 business days. Please note that in the event of a delay in the delivery time due to holidays or force majeure factors (such as weather conditions, shipping delays, etc.), we will notify the customer in a timely manner and negotiate a new delivery arrangement with the customer.
Transit time:
With standard delivery, the estimated transit time is 20-40 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping service you choose. For some special areas or remote areas, the transit time may be extended. Please check the estimated shipping time when placing your order.
Freight:
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the package. All fees will be clearly displayed at checkout, and customers can choose different shipping methods according to their needs. In the event of a shipping adjustment or other unforeseen fee change, we will notify our customers in advance.
Tracking & Notifications:
After each order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number for customers to check the shipment status in real-time. We update our logistics information regularly to ensure that our customers can keep track of the latest progress of their orders.
Insurance & Indemnity:
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, we will deal with them in accordance with the compensation policies of the shipping company and the carrier. Customers are advised to purchase additional shipping insurance when purchasing high-value goods to ensure the safety of the goods.
